Elaine Bolle
Elaine is President of ClassifEye LTD a provider of biometric authentication using cell phone cameras for secure mobile transactions. Prior to ClassifEye Elaine built and successfully exited venture backed companies, including Archex, which was sold to First Data Corporation (FDC) in 2002. She has also developed and led businesses at Fortune 500 companies including Quaker, Western Union and Citigroup and at young entrepreneurial ventures in consumer good, financial services and online services. Elaine serves on the Board of Directors of Live Elements, an enterprise 2.0 solutions provider.

Ramesh Haridas
Ramesh is Partner at Russian Hill Ventures, a technology venture fund. Previously, he started and sold two internet companies -- Privacybank.com (in 2000) and Chintano (in 2007). Some of his investments include Imedix, Mashery, Webchutney, Grisoft/AVG, LilGreenPatch, Lookery, Founders Coop and blip.tv. He is currently working on a recommendation engine for books, music and videos.

Steven Krein
Steven is Co-founder and CEO of OrganizedWisdom Health, a human-powered, physician-guided search service for health. Steve was the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of the first Internet promotion and technology company, Promotions.com, which was founded as Webstakes in 1996, went public on Nasdaq in 1999 and was acquired by iVillage in 2002. Later, Steve founded Transformation Ventures, an early-stage venture fund.

Nat Turner
Nat is co-founder and President/COO of Invite Media, a provider of tools for media buyers to leverage the power of display advertising exchanges. Prior to this, Nat founded and sold EatNow.com, CertificateSwap.com, and OnlinePlugins.com. Nat graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2008, where he was named a Wharton Entrepreneurship Fellow in 2006 and received the Wharton Venture Award in 2007.

Joe Chin (moderator)
Joe is the Founder and CEO of SourcePad, an instant outsourcing company. Prior to SourcePad, Joe was the founding CEO of Guidester (now Searchandise Commerce) an eCommerce ad network. Joe was also the Managing Director of REOL, Internet Analyst at Laidlaw, founder/President of Diadem (a multi-player game company), and founder/principal of JEV (an import/export company). Joe is a frequent speaker and has been quoted in numerous publications such as BusinessWeek, Fortune, and Inc. Magazine.
