Zach Harris
Zach is the Ad Products Manager at Blip.TV. Prior to Blip, Zach held roles in Business Intelligence at Broadband Enterprises and as a Strategic Video Consultant at VentureBeat. Over the years, Zach has been involved in various aspects of digital media including video production, music composition, sound design, and online video monetization. He is interested in the evolution of the broadcast medium and the democratization of media through technology.

Paul Kontonis
Paul is the Chief Executive and a co-founder of For Your Imagination, a leading online media studio which develops, packages and distributes high-quality original Internet TV and web video series, turning concept into reality for brands and content creators. As an interactive media veteran of over 15 years, Paul is a new media pioneer and has developed interactive content practices which reach out and engage audiences.

Roger Wu
Roger is co-founder and President of Klickable.TV, a next generation online video technology that allows users to click inside video on objects and people. Prior to this he led Digital Power and Light, a digital marketing agency which created video campaigns including the winner of the Butterfinger Viral Video contest. Tania Yuki
Tania leads video measurement for comScore, ensuring online video measurement supports the growth and balances the needs of the video publisher and advertising industry. Prior to joining comScore, Tania was Head of Content for KIT digital, overseeing content acquisitions, digital strategy and programming optimization for key publishing clients and content partners in North America, the UK, and emerging markets. She began as an attorney specializing in media and internet law.

Jamison Tilsner (moderator)
Jamison is the co-founder and Managing Director of Tilzy.TV, a publication that covers serial video content created for the web and the growing industry surrounding new media production. Jamison also consults for brands that seek to incorporate internet video and companies that wish to engage web video producers. Prior to Tilzy.TV, Jamison worked as an Associate Producer and Production Coordinator for various film, television and new media productions and as an adviser to Digital Filmmaking students at Katherine Gibbs School.
